Your Role & Responsibilities
Engage & Advise – Conduct daily sales calls, educate customers on financial planning, and provide complete product information. Acquire & Expand Generate new business and achieve premium targets through effective customer acquisition. Lead Management Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert opportunities into successful sales. Cross-Sell & Upsell Maximize customer value by offering additional insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Relationship Building Maintain long-term relationships with customers for policy renewals and business growth. Process Adherence – Ensure compliance with sales processes, KYC norms, and company policies while maintaining accurate data. Performance-Driven – Meet and exceed defined sales and financial KPIs for success in the role.
