Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard customers for Home Loans, LAP, and Property Loans through field visits, local connectors, and real estate channels.
Build strong relationships with builders, property agents, and other influencers in the market to generate quality leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products based on eligibility and needs.
Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets across product lines.
Ensure thorough documentation and coordination for loan application and approval processes.
Stay updated with competitor offerings and local market trends.
