Job Purpose:
To assist the manager in all the HR activity and meeting the department s assigned targets. Also, to organize, initiate & implementation of Performance Appraisal & Compensation for NMC, Poornata (WFA Module), engagement of Apprentice, employee wellness, onboarding and exit process for effective and smooth functioning of the system.
Role & responsibilities:

Experience: 2- 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist role with a manufacturing company.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree and MBA (HR).
