Qualification : B.E (Electrical)

Experience : 7-10 Yrs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, ensure & maintain availability and reliability of all Electrical Equipments with its timely completion, optimized cost and full compliance of Safety, Health & Environment to ensure uninterrupted operations of plant.
2. Preparing and planning for job execution, ensuring equipment reliability through Preventive/Predictive Maintenance schedule.
3. Prepare micro plan, Monitor, supervise, implement and maintain availability of Electrical Equipments & systems to achieve budgeted production plan
4. To prepare marked up updated drawings, O & M manuals for each electrical equipments & systems
5. To ensure procurement of equipment through approved QA plant and stage wise inspections.
6. To carry out maintenance or modification work in Right first time concept to avoid rework and poor quality
7. To develop and establish Preventive Maintenance as per SAP (Plant Maintenance) module, predictive maintenance system & condition based monitoring system of Electrical Equipments & systems.
8. Enhance the reliability of electrical equipments .
