Job Purpose
- Store Openings /Real estate expansion: Site identification & Selection based on Catchment Analysis / Commercial Negotiations / Technical Feasibility / Legal due-diligence, documentation and negotiations to finalise MOUs and Agreements / Liasoning assistance
- Market mapping and research: Catchment mapping and analysis, Network Planning, Competition study, Sales forecasting, New Market Launch Strategy
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations, problem solving in routine operational challenges pertaining to the property
- Maintaining consolidated MIS of existing and new properties, store design, landlord database, etc.
- Screening of locations in terms of best fit as per investment, bandwidth, ROI and footfall
- Competitive analysis of All the competitors of similar Model
- Developing Commercial district and evaluate store location.
- Developing Franchise Model and process in line with business adaptability
- Working as an interface between brands and investors for closing franchise till signed agreement
