Core Responsibilities

  1. Business Plan: To make business plan for EBOs’ after analyzing last year season wise sale data.
  2. Allocation: To analyze current performance & allocate stock accordingly to achieve optimum sell thru percentage & store sale growth.
  3. Reorder: To make store wise core min qty bench mark & replenish accordingly. To place order as per ROS / new store requirement for next 3 months.
  4. Consumable Order: To ensure all stores have adequate consumable & re -order as per 2-month requirement.
  5. Seasonal Analysis: To do seasonal analysis zone wise of style/size to understand grading/sell thru percentage/ROS/size set/size ratio in all categories/coordinate to top ratio.
  6. Highlight changes required immediately & from next season buying to achieve optimum sell thru percentage.
