This position involves designing and executing a comprehensive brand and product strategy to address portfolio gaps, introduce relevant brands and categories, and ensure the profitability and market competitiveness of the department. The Senior Buyer will drive the curation of an exciting, trend-forward assortment, manage key supplier relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. With a strong focus on sales forecasting, budget management, and market analysis, this role is key to establishing The Collective as a market leader in women’s fashion.
