Key Result Areas
Identify and finalize location for the academy and coordinate with the team to revamp the place as per the architect design.
Product Training of painters/team etc – Database & Modules update. Evolve the Training Tracker/ Calendar and incorporate audit findings to review training modules.
Implement new training modules whenever shared by central team.
Track, monitor and improve the NPS Scores from painters by creating awareness across all stakeholders.
Training Need Identification in Co-ordination with Retail/ Painting service team Monthly Planning of Training Calendar assignment.
Train all painters comprehensively on the usage of tools.
Stock updation & checking the consumption.
Expenses monitoring & controlling the expenses within the budgets provided.
Ensure high efficiency, engagement & utilization at Colour Academy.
Coordination with Marketing team for trials of new products in ABG.
Product Validation reports to be shared with Team & also issue Product Warranty for sites where our products have been used.
Audit report of the trials to be shared with the respective teams.
Coordination with painting services / marketing teams to capture local practices.
Recruitment of Team & alignment with the Painter Academy roadmap.
Manage and grow the talent within the team by driving people management initiatives along with performance review on monthly/quarterly basis.
Team training agenda to be formulated in conjunction with the central team. All central training agenda needs to be administered in the academy and the effectiveness/ implementation to be tracked and reported.
