- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and managing necessary documentation.
- Ensure employee records are up to date throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from joining to exit.
- Coordinate and conduct induction sessions for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Provide necessary resources and guidance to help new hires settle into their roles effectively.
- Maintain and update personal files of employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with third-party agency for background verification of new hires.
- Ensure that all necessary checks (identity, educational, employment history, criminal, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
