We’re on the lookout for a Category Operations Associate to drive excellence across our Makeup & Fragrance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Process Ownership

• Manage and optimize daily operations across internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely execution of critical operational processes
• Coordinate the creation and timely upload of promotional banners across marketplaces
• Configure and manage discounts and promotions on Shopify and marketplaces

2. Catalog Management

• Take end-to-end ownership of cataloging on marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Tira Beauty, and the brand’s Shopify-based D2C website
• Collaborate with internal teams for catalog creation including product shoots, descriptions, and specifications
• Regularly audit and enhance product listings to ensure accuracy and conversion optimization

3. Reporting & MIS

• Develop and maintain key operational MIS reports
• Monitor performance metrics across platforms and highlight areas for improvement
• Track beauty and fragrance trends, product launches, and category performance insights

4. Customer Understanding & Insights

• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, anticipating and advocating their needs
• Use behavioral data and marketplace analytics to identify patterns and opportunities
• Highlight unspoken customer insights to guide catalog and operational enhancements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and website backend tools
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for MIS reporting
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
