Position: Commercial Officer / Depot Attendant Reports to: Regional Commercial Manager Job purpose: This person is responsible for Warehouse & Logistics operations of the assigned unit
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring SOPs are adhered in day to day warehouse operations without any deviations, Regular review and audit of warehouses processes and providing support on infrastructure requirements vide CAPEX/OPEX, Introduction of new Vendors, Negotiations with Vendors for competitive rates Timely clearance of Vendor Invoices and GST reconciliation, Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports – MIS and traceability dashboards, Regular review with internal stakeholders CFA and Transporter for SLA adherence and performance monitoring, Regular review of spent against the budgets and presenting variance analysis on monthly basis with pathways, Depot level Gift Management, distribution and on time delivery to eligible dealers, Coordinating for events like dealer/contractor meets, Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags, Ensure adherence to all compliances as per Govt Statutes, Ensure successful implementation and regular usage of Technologies like Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System and Barcode Scanning in warehouse operations, Tracking throughput of the operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity at warehouse.
