Job Description:
1.Administration of plant, Mines, colonies and hospital.Plan and monitor activities of administration of plant and colonies to provide basic infrastructure facilities to the employees and their dependents and ensure clean and green environment in colonies

2.Security and vigilance of plant and township; Plan and monitor security cover in plant, mines, colonies and hospital. Organize intelligence instill confidence in employees by providing conducive work environment.

3.Public relations and liaison-Liason with government authorities for supporting business activities of the unit.Maintain harmonious relationship with nearby communities and public at large.

4.Transport & Logistics: Ensure smooth running of company and hired vehicles from outside to meet the transport requirements of the unit and also ensure proper traffic control.

5.Sanitation & Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and house keeping in offices and residential premises to maintain cleanliness and hygienic environment.

6.Furniture/Fixtures inventory & Colony administration

7.People development: Planning for training and development of employees to improve the service standards of administration & security function. Create conducive work environment to meet world class standards.

Qualifications:
Army Graduate,MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
10-15 Years
