Job Description:
Plan, organize & control effective security arrangements in plant, mines & township area to safeguard unit assets & employees.
Ensure timely maintenance of fire-fighting equipments and operate during emergencies within short notice.
Liaison with law enforcement authorities, Road Transport officers & maintaining good repo with local police & villagers for supporting the business activities of the unit.
Assess and identify Emergency Handling related training need of Security crew and accordingly train the security personnel to handle in case of emergency in the plant & township.
Coordinate & monitor activities for administration of plant, colony to meet satisfaction of employees & customers.
Note – Ex-serviceman in the rank of Capt / Maj / Lt Col will be preferred.
Qualifications:
Army Graduate,Graduate Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
10-12 Years
