Job Description:
Product & Customer Experience
Own digital merchandising for thecollective.in. Be responsible for planning & executing an e-com specific merchandise grid
Apply strategies focused on key conversion drivers, optimal site presentation, maximizing consumer engagement and experience
Identify selling opportunities, establish a vision for driving category sales for existing as well as new launches
Collaborate with the e-com team to have quick representation of new inwards on the site
Collaborate with digital marketing , store VM & buying team to ensure the site appropriately communicates key messages, aligns with campaigns and highlights seasonally relevant merchandise to drive sales. The site to be in line with the store strategy
Determine and execute the right UDA categorization to facilitate product browsing and conversion for key categories
Support the seasonal buying strategy of each category by providing the buying team with customer behaviour insights on product or assortment group performance
Work cross-functionally with customer service to understand the product feedback / return behaviour
Research the competitive set for trends and new ideas related to the online consumer shopping experience and site presentation
Responsible for competitive analysis relating to brand/option representation & use these insights to prepare the right merchandise grid to build an elevated customer experience
Overall Job Function: Responsible for driving the best customer experience for The Collective website. Lead site merchandising across product categories. Through collaboration and cross functional partnership with buying , e-com, marketing, ensure that we are providing our customers with an optimal shopping experience that drives sales.
