Role:

• To plan, organize & implement recruitment and people development activities for promoting competence & motivation in employees & thereby achieve higher levels of productivity & efficiency.
• Also plan, develop & propagate healthy work practices leading to better organizational health.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure completion of Goal setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Appraisals as per the intent of the process within time frame for SFD, EFD, Establishment, BRI.
• To drive capability building initiatives among Managers for performance differentiation, Feedback, Development Dialogue etc.
• To check the quality of Goals & Appraisal Feedback & suggest correction wherever needed.
• To drive and facilitate the process of Normalization & finalization of ratings, promotions/up gradations & seek approval from the Management.
• Ensure timely ACR Data checking, submission of UPP etc
• To ensure completion of ACR process timely & with accuracy for all on role employees
• To ensure communication of Variable Pay, revised compensation to employees & payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 – 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
