Job Purpose: Manage the digital transformation initiatives in business as a part of CDO Office. Job Context: ABFRL is on a brink of digitization where all the processes, systems have to be automated and be driven by analytics so that gut feelings are replaced with scientific approach in making decision. The role has high impact on business profitability as it allows processes to become faster and seamless. It holds a lot of promise for the individual from the learning standpoint as the digital initiatives span multiple domains including Operations, Planning, Marketing, Category etc. The role empowers individual to drive all the digitization agendas around the processes by working closely with brand heads and CXOs, thus giving them a flavor of how brands operate in retail space. The individual will be exposed to latest cutting edge technology tools and systems in order to carry the digitization agenda for ABFRL. Individual needs to have a strong aptitude, ability to front end discussions with top management and give clear guiding instructions to technical team on the business requirements and carrying out execution at a fast pace. Individual will work closely with Analysts, Data scientists and Business users and drive projects that adds value to business through Data and Analytics. Key Result Areas:
Developing and executing digital transformation project plans , goals and budget
Proactively monitoring the analytics projects for significant plans and risk deviations and develop contingency/ escalation plans
Working alongside other program managers, Analytics head in realising the execution of projects
Identifying resource needs , resource allocation for forecasted project work Communicating and collaborating with both technical and business folks
Contract management and execution
Vendor on-boarding, PO,
Monitoring and ensuring data load from all various systems into database for reporting and dash boarding access across organization
Data Quality checks, ensuring access control as per requirement, creating user friendly MIS and dashboards for users as per needs
Budgeting and Cost management
Facilitating Vendor selection, participating in annual budgeting
Advanced Analytics Project
Conceptualize, Plan and Deliver Advanced Analytics Projects for the business Evaluate, and Select vendors/partners, and also build internal tech teams to execute the projects
Analytics Product Management
Building Products and Applications for businesses that leverage advanced analytics and improve business processes. Manage Lifecycle of Analytics Products Third party analytics products implementation
Leading Data Science Teams
Lead team of Data Scientists in identifying business problems and building Data based solutions to the problems Manage the Data Science project lifecycle Make business presentations
Modernizing BI platforms
Migration of Data and BI platforms to cloud Run PoCs and pilot Projects
Qualifications:
MBA,B.E/B.Tech
Minimum Experience Level:
9-10 Years
