KRA1 LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

• Enhance the capability through Learning & Development system.
• Prepare and implement monthly training calendar for both staff and workmen.
• To prepare evaluations of training.
• Update the trainings on CSOD on regular manner.
• Achieve the 100% compliance on the training calendar.

KRA2 HR SYSTEM & PROCESS

• HR Processes like WFA should be with 100% data accuracy.
• Audit Employee Life cycle data and correct the same to ensure correct data management.
• Position Management Audit & ensure that organization structure changes are correctly and on-time reflected in the Position Management database.

KRA3 TALENT ACQUISITION

• Availability of External Talent Pipeline has to be ensured for all roles through Robust Search & Hiring Processes.
• Filling-up all sanctioned open positions within specified SLAs.
• Adhere to established SLAs on Hiring & On-boarding.
• Manage CVs, shortlisting, interviews and offer letters.
• Conduct Induction for new joiners.

KRA4 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Follow-up for Goal Setting, Midterm review, self evaluation process.

KRA5 Coordinate for CHR/BHR circulars, policies To provide data for Dashboard.

To update and follow up for Nishchint, GPA & GMC process.

To update HR review presentation time to time.

To update & communicate policies.

KRA6 ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES To Prepare Calendar for annual engagement activities: like get-togethers, games, sports etc.

To arrange & coordinate the above activities on time.

To store the data for engagement activities.

KRA7 ONBOARDING Induction Kit is given to the new joinee.

New Joinee is introduced to all the functional heads
