Office Administration
1) Administrative Support to the HO.
2) Secreterial support to CEO.
3) Agreement renewal + Renovation & Repairs + Maintenance.
4) Co-ordination with inter & intra functions.
5) Providing accommodation support during internal transfer and new joining process.
6) Managing advances and cash payments for Various Admin Expenses.
Vendor Management
1) SAP entry invoices.
Supporting Finance team with all documentation and approval to close open processes/ Payments during year end.
Budgeting & Payroll
1) Co-ordination on payroll input.
2) Preparing & managing the budgets with quarterly reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
3-7 Years
