Aditya Birla Group Hiring for SH-Technical Support Service (Customer) – Copper at Gujarat Full Time

• This role was created with an intention to create a support system for customer on all the technical aspects to create value for them. This is kind of a consultative role.
• The person need to be master of customer’s products, processes and understand final application of product being manufactured by customers.
• There are three major Customer Segments based on product they manufacture: Wire & Cable, Winding Wires and Transformer Strips.
• Each product segment has different technical sensitivity.
• He should understand deeply the best maintenance practices required at customer’s shop floor to guide them appropriately.
• He/ She should be working with customers to improve their productivity by understanding their existing practices and guide them/suggest them improvements to continuously improve their processes.
• Over and above understanding the customer side, he/she should understand the cathode/rod manufacturing process.
• Based on continuous feedback from customers, he/she should interact with Dahej team for improvement of our product quality on continuous basis.
• To summarise this person needs to be authority in customer’s processes and also understand Dahej operations to work like a bridge between customer’s shop floor and our shop floor.
• Since it requires lot of interaction with external and internal stakeholders, he/she should have excellent influencing & communication skills, maturity to handle difficult conversations and have command on the subject.
• This will require extensive travelling once the COVID travel restrictions are eased out.
