Transactional Banking
Facilitating RTGS and Foreign Remittances
Coordinating & Following Up with Banks for Advices,
Statements and Certificates relating to Iron Ore,
Statements and Certificates relating to Iron Ore,
Coal,Solar as well as Ferro Alloys Business. Checking of Advices for charges & highlighting any deviations therein. Opening / Closing of bank accounts, changes in authorized signatories lists and banks mandatory / KYC requirements. Bill of Entry compliance as per RBI Opening/ Amendment and Cancelling of Letter of Credits and Bank Guarantees. Assist in coordinating work
between banks and Internal Stake hodlers Providing
entries to accounts department for day to day operations.

Assit in providing details to Ratings Agencies. Arrange
for TDS certificates for Tax Department. To assist in
continuous updation in SAP with regards to bank
accounts and other details. Assists in preparing
documents for various banking function including for

MIS preparation
Assisting in MIS maintanenace including: o Import
Payments Data assimilation as well as accretion. o
Foreign Remittances – Data assimilation as well as accretion. o Letters of Credit – Data assimilation as well as accretion o Bank Guarantees Data assimilation o Fixed deposits – Data assimilation as well as accretion o Bill discounting – Data assimilation as well as accretion o Bills of Entries – Data assimilation as well as accretion.

To build and maintain healthy relationship with banks at front line level for smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Associate Chartered Accountant
Minimum Experience Level:
