- Assist in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of civil construction projects (industrial and residential).
- Ensure site readiness, layout, execution as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise contractors/sub‐contractors on site to ensure compliance to safety, workmanship, timelines.
- Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. Project System / Plant Maintenance / Material Management) to create work orders / maintenance requests / project tracking
- Familiarity with SAP system: usage of relevant modules for project / maintenance / procurement / asset management.
- Timely completion of construction / maintenance work as per schedule.
- Adherence to budget estimates; efficiency in material, manpower usage.
