- Time Office Basic Function – Attendance capturing and operations of an attendance recording system.
- Leave Management system for Workmen & O&S, leave card updation and monitoring.
- Payroll Activities of Wage Board Employees
- To handle Provident Fund and Employee Pension Scheme matters
- Full and final Settlements, Gratuity, Bonus Calculation & leave payments
- Apprenticeship Management & Compliance
- Ensuring statutory compliance related to Wage Board & O&S employees.
- To handle various insurance policies like- Mediclaim, GPA, Nishint/Sunishint, etc.
- WBS PMS & Training
- Candidate should be able to handle Welfare, Grievance Management, Contract Labour Management, and Legal Matters. Should have exposure to Disciplinary Proceedings and Legal Drafting.
- Should have excellent Computer Literacy and Systems like Kronos, SAP, Compliance Manager, and Roznama.
- Hindi Typing Is desirable. Knowledge of IMS and SA 8000 is preferable.
