• Experience in Roller Press, Cement Mill, Bag house, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, material handling equipment.
• Execution of mechanical maintenance for Cement Mill, Roller Press, Gear box, Alignment of drives, technical expertise in overhauling of mechanical equipment’s.
• Supervise & coordinate Implementation of Mechanical Maintenance activities in section for optimizing availability and carryout modification / improvement Jobs.
• Day to day manpower deployment planning.
• Critical spare planning and procurement to avoid unplanned stoppage.
• Compliances of Safety standard at site.
• To check the record the critical equipment running parameters in the mill section .
• To capture the abnormalities during his rounds in shift abnormality register.
• Awareness of UTCL safety standards and guidelines.
• Good in verbal Communication and inter personal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

To ensure the maximum availability of Mechanical equipment’s in Roller Press and Cement Mill section to achieve budgeted targets.

Candidate should have good experience in SAP, MS word, Excel, MDRM, Safety standards and applications

Organize & implement the system requirements of ABOE, Safety management systems
