Aditya Birla Group Hiring for Support Davy Mill at Maharashtra, India Full Time
The Mill Shift incharge and Operator are having following responsibilities
- JB 14 supervisor will do all existing work as it is , only he will have to take extra supervisory responsibility.
- JB14 supervisor will be main operator and existing main operator will do 2 nd operator Jobs.
- Monitoring and controlling two main parameters of mill i.e. TAT and Speed.
- Lead the shift activities of cold mills and take a lead for decision making in all shift activities.
- Take a lead to adhere manpower availability of shift crew.
- Mill planning and Scheduling.
- Take a lead in sample inspection, downtime entry in machine log and gauge trace checking and reporting the same to immediate superior.
- Take a lead to distribute the manpower for the shift breakdowns and attain breakdowns in a shift and handover the same to next shift.
- Maintain discipline, adhere safety PPE’s compliance and 5S on mill.
- Adherence to check sheet and action on any abnormality reported in check sheet hence he needs to coordinate with LLF person.
- To prepare material issue slip in system for taking material from engineering stores as and when required.
- Adherence to daily mill plan and priority lots given in mill plan.
- Take care of hot mill quality related issues like checking and controlling of coating over hot rolled coil.
- Shift wise checking and ensuring proper running of mill ancillary in Hoffman filter area.
- He should be involved in daily POET meeting.
- Any other further relevant jobs will come time to time.
- JB14 supervisor is not eligible for OT. He will adjust people if anyone is absence. He can stay back if manpower is not adjusted. He will avail C-OFF. Which he can take in two months’ time frame.
- Shift change –If JB14 supervisor does Shift change for His own needs , then he will do Job related to that position .Ex .If he does shift change with 2 nd Operator Position ,then he has to 2 nd operators role.
- IFJB14 stays on OT (As manpower could not be arranged) then he will perform role of Main operator and Supervisor .
