Job Purpose
- Organise and co-ordinate various Land acquisition related activities through one to one negotiation/Collective bargaining with villagers/farmers with in the preview of new land acquisition, rehabilitation & resettlement Bill, 2013, Surface Right Process, ROU and other suitable means.
- Liaisioning with the Govt., Registering Authorities, Revenue dept. & Mining dept. in connection with the land related matters and settle down the issues with in the law laid down in RBC, MPLRAct-1959 & New MMDRAct-2015.
- Build-up the public relation with the near by villagers/farmers, political leaders, NGO, Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among and maintain the core values of the company.
- Settle down the public grievances in connection with land & related issues by counselling & collective bargaining.
- able to handle legal matter in various courts, Tribunals and quasi-judicial authority.
- Land acquisition plan:
- Put together the plan and budget activities for acquiring the land.
- Submit periodical update on land acquisition status with ongoing local status & our strategy to improvise the moral.
- Purchase of clear legal title land.
- Bulk land purchase in a single go with adequate home work and complete knowledge of the way forward on every odd situation.
- Physical possession of land: Ensure continuity of physical possession of land purchased.
- Network with local communities:
- Actively participate in negotiating compensation for land, rehabilitation and resettlement.
- Socializing with local authorities to smoothen the land acquisition process.
- To motivate the team for cordial relationship with the villagers for better & well knitted network to avoid any unwilling situation.
- Legal and statutory compliance of land related matter ( Government compliance )
- Liaison with Government authorities for land acquisition.
- Obtaining necessary approvals and permission for change of land use (CLU).
- Compliance of all government regulations impacting land acquisition & related operations.
- Connectivity with Railway Siding: Proposed Cement plant to be connected with the Railway Siding. This needs a land purchase for about 03km and broadening/strengthening of 16km within the approved cost and time frame.
