Aditya Birla Group Looking For Officer / Senior Officer – Procurement (Instrument Items) at Veraval, Gujarat, Full Time

• Assisting SH up to the stage of negotiation for Annual Rate Contract for repairing jobs
• Timely booking of repairing goods to Service Vendors and necessary follow-up for timely delivery
• To provide timely availability required auxiliary at VFY & CA, PP plants
• Receipts and Storage of assigned materials for avoiding any interruption to the user department.
• Dispatch and obtain replacement for rejected spare parts.
• Coordinate with Stores, User department, Bill Section & accounts for timely payment and issuing sale tax form to suppliers.

Executing purchase of General Stores items

• Monthly review of pending and critical items of general section under SH
• Prepare data for purchase from Vendors and ensure completion of pending Purchase Orders.
• Other reports as may be required time to time

Compliance of ISO 14001 requirements

• Maintaining records as per ISO 14001 norms Periodical review Pursue vendors for manufacturing and supplying eco-friendly products. Co-ordinate with and participate in internal and external audits.

MIS Reports

• Preparation of various MIS reports as required by the organization and get it approved by SH
• Monitor Bank Guarantee statement in co-ordination with Accounts.

Inventory Management

• Issue of Materials and Maintain desired level of inventory for substantial savings
• Receive materials as per schedule Quality Inspection by Laboratory for Salt Appoint IIA for coal sampling and analysis.
• Maintain Stock Register, Maintain Consignment Register, Storage supervision.
