- Co-ordinate in Plan, Organize and monitor implementation of activities for optimum equipment availability for dispatches.
- Co-ordinate in Plan, Monitor & Control material, lubricant, Inventory and manpower cost as per budget in Packing operations in order to optimize maintenance costs.
- Effective implementation of all systems requirements through involvement for continuous improvement in plant working condition & quality standards.
- Safety standard compliance and housekeeping.
- Day to day operation & maintenance of packing plant activity, planning and budgeting and close coordination with other department.
- Organizing, scheduling & execution of all mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of Auto plant system and SAP.
