Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Initially at BKC for 6 months, followed by Worli HO

Employment Type: Third-party payroll, working with Aditya Birla Renewables

Job Responsibilities:

Induction & Onboarding:

• Coordinate and conduct employee induction and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding materials, ensure compliance with onboarding protocols, and introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.

Background Verification:

• Manage and coordinate the background verification process for all new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Liaise with third-party verification agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.

HRIS Management:

• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage and extract data from systems like PeopleStrong and SAP to generate reports, track employee information, and support HR analytics.

HR Process Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits and ensure all HR documents and systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Employee Engagement:

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

General HR Support:

• Support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR department’s smooth functioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with experience in induction, onboarding, and HRIS management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleStrong, SAP, and other HR software.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

• Initial 6 months at BKC, then based at Worli Head Office.
