Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The IT Support specialist will provide technical assistance to our end users and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for our mobile and web applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the use of the mobile and web applications.
Monitor access control policies to ensure that they are being properly enforced.
Investigate and resolve security incidents related to the mobile and web applications.
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve application issues.
Train end-users on how to use the mobile and web applications.
Maintain and update the application support documentation.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that the mobile and web applications are integrated with other systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in mobile and web application support.
Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems and web technologies.
Knowledge of access control policies and security best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems is a plus.
