Adroit Infosol is looking for Office Assistant / Admin Executive for Vadodara location with 0 to 1 yr experience.Responsibilities and Duties: Manage scheduling for company executive(s) Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)Organize and prepare for meetings interview, including gathering documents and Answer and respond to phone callsCommunicate messages and information to the executive Prioritize emails and respond when necessaryCoordinate travel arrangements Maintain various records and documents for company.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Support budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataAssist colleagues whenever necessaryTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryAdministrative support activities such as reporting, database scraping, organizing and management, data entry, etc.CRM support activities such as leads management, online event activities, etc.Ad hoc activities as and when required.Required skills: Excellent proficiency in English (written & verbal)Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with office management proceduresExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeAttentive to details.Diligent & AccountableQuick LearnerTeam playerMultitaskingInterested candidates please send your resume.Thank you!Kalpana Patelhttps://adroitinfosol.comJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMorning shift
