Job Description

The candidate should: Have 2 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience Have good communication skills (spoken & written) Have good organizational and planning skills Be a good team player and be adaptable to any environment Be self-motivated and goal-oriented with desire to deliver results Have awareness on commercial & financial aspects of an organization Be able to compile and distribute financial and statistical information to the management Submit MIS reports to management at regular intervals Have creative thought process Be a pro at using software’s like Word, Excel & PowerPoint Sales Identify potential sales leads from various sources Convert a sales lead to an order following the sales process Give product demonstrations to sales leads Be good at analyzing key parameters of a product – price, demand, and competition Devising sales strategies to improve sales Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify improvements Have good negotiation and sales pitching skills Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Marketing Collect and prepare lead data from different sources Provide inputs to prepare marketing materials Have awareness on product promotional activities Handle marketing campaigns on various platforms Conceptualize effective strategies for product marketing applicable to current market trends Be able to organize events for product promotionExpected Start Date: 1/8/2021Job Types: Full-time, CommissionSalary: INR10,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
