Technical Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Indian Standard Timing. Night Shift.

Breaks: Lunch break(30 mins), and 2 small breaks(15 Mins each).

Performance Bonus(annually): Up to 15% based on individual contribution and MBO.

Working Days: 6 Days(M-S)

Probation: 3 months.

• First check-in 45 days
• Second check-in 90 days

Description

This is a 100% remote role with ability to understand and complete the given project with developers. Collect all the required information for the project and transfer it to developers and get it completed.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation for the Project.
• Create wireframe designs for the website.
• Create Data Analytics Dashboards wireframe.
• Work with Developers, Designers and Analyts. Collaborate with Freelancer.
• Create JIRA Tasks and manage kanban board. Handle multiple project simuntaneously.
• Handle responsibilities of Data and Software Project Management.
• Test Software and do QA of Dashboard data.
• Conduct scrum and daily Meetings,
• Collaborate with the HR team during hiring.

Minimum Qualifications

• Go-Geter atitude with bias for action.
• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in project management.
• 1+ years of technical hands-on PM experience in Software Development, Data Analytics & BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
• Hand-on Experience JIRA, Excel, Slack, Google Sheet/Doc & MS Office.
• Presentation Skills, Excellent verbal and written English language skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
