The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the dealership, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily financial transactions of the dealership.

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and process payroll.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory record.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other professionals as required.

• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the automobile industry would be an added advantage.
