Role Introduction:
If you like fixing problems, are technologically-able and want on the job training, this role is for you. You will be joining the Business Systems team, who are responsible for managing the standard integrated suite of applications across Advanced, ensuring day-to-day accessibility and optimal functionality.
What You Will Do:
Working as admin primary on our finance systems (and other internal systems), your daily responsibilities will be focused mainly on case management. After full training provided, you will action incoming tickets and engage with users at all levels of the business to resolve queries, providing first-line support. As part of that you will:
Set up users on the systems and ensure they have the relevant permissions
Make sure the data we have on the systems is accurate and gets updated regularly
Troubleshoot errors and resolve user queries
Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Business Systems team, including system enhancements
What You Will Have:
Experience with financial systems – General Ledger, expenses, overtime, supplier management etc (preferred)
A logical and methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving
Accuracy and attention to detail
A passion for understanding the “why” of things
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data-handling functions
Drive to learn new skills and develop at a fast pace in a rewarding environment
