Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Service through Calls and Chat.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
• Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
• Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
• To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
• Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th Pass with 1 year experience into customer service(voice/Chat can apply).
• Graduate Fresher/ Undergraduate fresher can also apply.
• Candidate should have excellent Written and verbal skills.
• Must be comfortable with 24*7 working environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
