Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Intern with a mindset of Marketing that will assist the Customer Success team in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and relationship-building with assigned customers. The intern will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Intern will be responsible for assisting the team in various tasks related to marketing campaigns, market research, and content creation. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Assist in organizing and attending marketing events

Collaborate & develop and implement new marketing strategies

Assist in building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.

Support the team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work with sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Assist in serving as a point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.

Support the team in conducting regular check-ins with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customer success plans, including onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies.

Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and use that knowledge to provide guidance and support to customers.

Assist in delivering product demos and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of their investment.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic knowledge of SEO, Content writing & Copywriting • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail.

Positive attitude and eagerness to lear
