Job Title: SFDC Administrator/Developer

Job Description:
The SFDC Administrator/Developer will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform, specifically related to SFDC Communities for implementation of a customer portal. Apart from strong technical skills on the salesforce.com platform, the SFDC Administrator/Developer must possess good interpersonal skills as he/she will partner with business analysts, end users, and IT personnel to create and implement end to end solutions.
Key aspects of the role:
Direct experience with configuring and customizing in SFDC Communities solutions.Direct experience with lightning and lightning components.Web design concepts, CSS styling, HTML.Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements, and convert them into technical design.Responsible for the SFDC configurations and customizations needed to deliver the desired solution.Develop or enhance custom objects, Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, and Javascript.Perform administration tasks in the Salesforce.com instance. Manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.Prepare project documentation including technical specifications and unit test scripts.Perform unit testing and fix defects. Support the user acceptance test activities.Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the data to support additional business processes or functions.
Key Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.Salesforce.com Developer and Administrator certifications.The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of overall IT or programming experience, with at least 4 years of direct experience in Salesforce.com development and administration work.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must have organizational skills and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Exposure to the SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management.In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the salesforce.com platform coupled with a good understanding of common business processes. Must be a confident self-starter individual who can completely own the delivery of high value work products.Planning and analytical skills, and strong problem solving skills with a willingness and ability to learn new software features.Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API, governor limits, and test coverage) and how they influence design.Nice-to-have skill: Working knowledge of some or all of the following: SOAP integrations, Salesforce mobile platform, XML, SQL.
