Main purpose of role:
Travel & Expense Executive provide a one-stop travel shop experience to customers. They handle all enquiries related to travel.

This individual performs day-to-day administration of Travel Programs & Expense Management for Senior Management. The position handles confidential information and works with internal and external personnel for making travel arrangements and to analyse and resolve user issues (if any). Attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills, teamwork, adaptability and customer service orientation are a must for success in this role. This individual will support the global travel requirements within the organisation and manage the travel related expense processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Typical duties and responsibilities of a travel executive include:

• Support Senior Management with travel planning and bookings
• Support the credit card program by facilitating employees to submit expenses for charges
• Manage the Expense Reimbursement process on a day to day basis including maintaining master files (employees, managers, cost centres, etc.) and implementing applicable policy rules.
• Independent handling of travel help desk;
• Train and field questions from internal cardholders
• Handling international/domestic ticketing, visa/insurance handling;
• Hotel booking/guest house for personnel on tour;
• Co-ordination with internal employees as well as vendors;
• Arrangements for seminars, trainings, conferences, and events;
• Co-ordination with travel agents and airlines to book the air tickets on requirement of internal department; and managing hotel booking and allotment of car to employee and guest.
• Resolve queries of customers regarding ticketing/reservation/tours etc.
• Related administrative duties such as copying, filing and maintaining vendor accounts
• Maintain accurate records for monthly reconciliations and intercompany billings where required.
