Hiring Team Leader-Voice Process

- ︎Salary: Up to 35k

Requirements:
- Must be available for Immediate joining
- Must have experience with handling Voice & Non-voice processes
- Proven track history of at least 2 years as TL
- Managing team across multiple shifts & managing process
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Fresh desk & Avaya platforms
- Experience in E-commerce industry would be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
