AE is looking to hire an Accountant to help build its finance team in Vadodara. As this job works cross-functionally within the business and supports the great growth aspirations for our operations all over India, this employee should be able to multi-task effectively.Responsibilities:IGAAP accounting in generalEnd-to-end accounting, which includes preparing Fixed Asset Schedules for the Company & Income Tax Act on a quarterly and annual basis and attaching them to the Balance Sheet, physical asset verification (once a year), asset addition, asset disposal, and so on.Reconciliations of the balance sheetDealing with PF/ESIC issues.For example, PF and ESIC registrations, as well as collaborating with employees on PF/ ESIC-related issuesPayroll TDS returns, including the preparation of Form 16.Knowledge of Tally.ERP9.Working with the bank and other external agencies on various payroll compliance issuesSecretarial compliance Skills and RequirementsAt least 2+ years of core accounting experience and a degree in accounting/finance/CA Inter.Detailed focused, ability to meet deadlines, multitask effectively, and manage individualsWell versed in MS Excel and WordExcellent communication abilities (written and verbal)(If you think above job profile fits your profile, feel free to contact us.)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Sanitized workplace.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)Tally: 2 years (Preferred)
