Aequilibrium Software Inc. Hiring for Scrum Master – INDIA at India Full Time

We are looking for a Scrum Master with proven expertise in managing and successfully delivering large Agile development projects, managing initiatives, change management, great leadership capabilities, and a passion to make a true impact on our existing clients and business. Here we work on enterprise projects which encompass banking applications in the finance sector to projects for household names in the retail and health sectors. As a result, you will need to be highly organized, attentive to detail, results-driven, comfortable thinking outside of the box, not afraid of trying new things, and with a goal to create customers for life.

As part of this role, you’ll have to be an excellent communicator with a high level of business acumen. You’ll need to be comfortable leveraging your experience in technological and digital domains to effectively engage with clients’ key stakeholders and Aequilibrium’s project teams while owning retention for the assigned portfolio.

Project Description

• Responsible for successful ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules

• Coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective)

• Verifies feasibility of provided requirements with the development team

• Monitors development/sprint progress

• Works with Scrum Team on any development related issues

• Works with stakeholders on removing impediments in the team

• Responsible for coordinating work with the development team, ensure timelines are met

• Responsible for project status communication and reporting;

• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal team of developers and testers

  Skills and Experience

• Experience working with validated systems (Gxp, CSV)

• Experience with data integration projects

• Experience managing budget, project status reporting

• Stakeholder management

• Experience in working with virtual/dispersed project/service team

• Good knowledge of project management methodologies

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in work related to software development

• Minimum 7 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural, international environment (medium to large projects)

• Strong consulting and negotiation skills

• Nice to Have: One scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)

  Must have:

• PMP, Scrum Master CERTIFICATIONS (PSM II, ACP or CSM)

• Experience with Backbase platform
