Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling Corporate Customers – Quotations, Booking, Shipment Planning & Liaising / update of shipments to Customers Air & Sea Imports/Exports
- Sending Pre alerts to customers
- Co-ordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors – CFS/CHA & Shipping Line
- Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors.
- Timely DO & BL release
- Monitoring Import Manifestation & Export BL release process
- Updating Import / Export Job Data in our inhouse software & maintaining Daily Status Report for customers, CFS & Third-Party Movement follow-up
- Job Closing & Handover to Accounts
Location – Okhla Phase 2
Salary – 20 to 25K

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sea Import Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
