Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client’s requirements.
- Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies.
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Requirement
- Freshers 2017,2018,2019 passouts preferred — Looking to start their careers at MNC preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ready to work in Night Shifts
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Job Type: Full-timePay: INR19,822.00 – INR34,322.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
