Roles and Responsibilities

• Efficient monitoring & control of the direct, indirect expenses and implementation of the budget at site level
• Verification of bills received from departments as per terms & conditions of agreements/POs/work orders
• Projection of cash flow, preparing fund allocation/utilization/distribution
• Periodic reconciliation of all vendors accounts
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports (MIS)
• Manage accounting work including all bank reconciliations, periodic cash flow statements and other banking operation
• Handling accounts & finance audits at site level
• Continuous interaction and liaison with client/consultant for certification of RA bills and for resolving tax related issues
• Maintaining all records of all project insurances/policies and ensuring timely renewal of same
• Preparation of Service tax, GST etc

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation with PG Specialization in Accounts/Finance

10+ Years of experience in various projects
