AffinityX is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Quality Controllers (Validator) for Graphic Design Process. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental knowledge of ensuring Design and language quality outputs , he or she will be comfortable completing user experience testing, documenting issues, and ensuring final products match design and functional specifications and expectations. With a strong understanding of design and usability best practices.Job Role & Responsibilities:• Understanding the creative brief and ensuring the design meets the requisite output resulting in customer satisfaction based on the request.• Overseeing and contributing to the development of required creative; coaching and mentoring the team on the same.• Coach, train, support and mentor team members (10 minimum) to meet the client requisition /demand request.• Excellent English comprehension skills and Good verbal and written communication skills .• Ensure the creative is designed/built as per the input/instructions provided by the client• Review the design, spelling, grammars, font, and text alignment of the creative built by the designers.• Provide spot feedback to the designers on the errors & mark the errors in the system for review.• Drive continuous improvement and best practices to improve quality output and enhancing value adds.• Ensure error free output within agreed SLA /KPI/CPI.• Periodically go through all customer templates & specifications file• Work towards meeting productivity & quality targets set in line with meeting final SLA/AQL Established for the account• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven team environment.• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts /night shifts.• Good understanding of Ms Excel ,Ms Word and basic reporting skills• Basic understanding of design application Software’s (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop) will be added advantage.
