* Must be graduate with a minimum of1-5yrs Experience in Purchase (Raw Materials-Automobile industry).

* New Vendor development. Maintain stock records and update every week. Administered vendor development & evaluated the requirement of materials at various sites.

* Should have good negotiation skills. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

* Sourcing of new vendor and obtaining quotes Coordinate with account department for timely payment to vendors according to negotiated terms Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons Maintaining and update all purchasing and Process reports Follow Up with Suppliers for Timely Delivery of Material.

* Controlling purchase department budget Also taking physical stock factory & comparing with books of accounts and same data providing to the management time to time.

* Arranging regulatory documents from vendor along with Vendor approval questionnaire Form.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
