Job Description

: –

• Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms.
• Create a monthly social media calendar with relevant special days, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns.
• Organic performance and consultation: Consistently measure the performance of each social channel, make timely adjustments to improve performance and work cross-functionally as an informed consultant to make relevant recommendations to editorial strategy.
• Study and analyse the insights to fine-tune the social media strategy for more reach and higher engagement.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients, covering various parameters including performance, reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Keep track of the latest trends, hashtags, and developments on social media and use it to create content and improve overall performance.
• Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content – both written and visual – for the social media platforms.
• Audience Strategy: Social audience evaluation and segmentation across the brand’s social media presence. Identify key cohorts of audiences and devise a “go-to” strategy to grow and scale these groups. The strategy will include a communication strategy on how to speak to these audiences and their content preferences. Engage, retain and grow our audience on social channels.

Profile: –

• 2-3 years’ experience in a digital agency, preferably in social marketing or digital communications agency with a proven track record of managing social media, building online communities, and running ads on social media platforms.
• Likes to analyse data, insights, and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media
• Hands-on experience in social media data analysis using platform-specific tools as well as other analytics tools
• Thorough understanding of the social media landscape including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.
• Deep understanding of how cultural trends form, and the ability to anticipate and act on it
• Proven strategies that have helped build a brand on social media or led to improve conversions for a brand.
