Provides administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas including Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Accounting Services and Centralized Transaction. Monitors processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiates improvements. Ensure proper control, recording and classification of transactions. Uses accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
Evaluates accounting or finance administrative assignments and determines actions required
Accounting or finance tasks involve analysis and new/ customized approaches
Solves complex administrative problems requiring breadth/ depth of accounting or finance knowledge
Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically minimum of 5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.
