• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening

resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of
candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting,

Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting
Tools.

• Source, Screen, Evaluate & select candidates through a structured

recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.

• Preparing MIS and maintaining databases.
• Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
• To understand Technical requirements of open positions and deliver

qualified resources and match the profile of the candidate on
technical grounds.

• Responsible for screening resumes through Web Portals (preferably

Naukri.com, hirist.com), Professional and Social Networking sites.

• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage

of Internal Systems / Database.

• Pre interview and post interview follow-up with the candidates.
• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed

candidates for assigned requisitions.

• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and

negotiation skills.What key traits should you have?Proven brilliance in academics and co-curricular activities, throughout your education and career trajectory
