We are a one-stop customized solution provider (from design to manufacturing to installation) dealing in luxurious glass and metal interior fixtures for all our HNI clienteles under the brand names NUMA, SHOJI, PALOMA, and more. We are operating retail in Ahmedabad and via dealer networks in all the other major cities of India.

Job Responsibilities of Project Service Manager

The project services manager role at AGNIFORMA is a key Technical and managerial position that interacts with high-profile customers, and our key account dealers across India to ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships for repeat business.

The PSM role at Agniforma is a rewarding position for high-performance individuals

The chief responsibilities include:

· Manage appointments with our customers and key account dealers for quick measurement, installation, and repair services.

· Plan schedules of our service teams to ensure high efficiency and utilization And communicate the same to our customers and key account dealers.

· Understand site drawings and communicate requirements to ensure the correct measurements and installation of our products.

· Understand technical details of all our product lines and ensure the measurement is carried out according to our specifications and communicated to the design and project teams.

· Develop technical training manuals for the correct measurements and installation of our products ensure that the teams are following the correct guidelines

· Run the Agniforma certified training program for the network of installers around the country to ensure availability of teams for measurement and installation

· Post dispatch coordinate with the service teams to ensure that the requisite material has reached on site and if there is any shortfall arrange for the delivery of the same to ensure site completions on time

· Monitor site status everyday and report progress to management and key account dealers

· Monitor site installations to ensure correct guidelines are followed and collect site completion checklist from our customers

· Coordinate with production and executive teams for rapid repairs and replacement

· Collect good quality site images completions to ensure a continuous library of installations to showcase our products and services to our new customers and key account, dealers.

Competencies required to perform this Job:

· Active listening and capacity to understand customer requirements.

· Friendly, energetic personality with the ability to answer technical details requested by prospective customers.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Excellent project and time management skills.

· Ability to handle pressure, take ownership of projects, and collaborate across departments.

Special Notes:

Preference will be given to individuals with qualifications and experience in handling site work, technicians, and helpers.

Also, experience in dealing with HNIs will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹26,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
